Eighty-four days. Your numbers. Your call.
I'm Maren. I built Feel New for women who are done guessing. Open it when the reminder buzzes. Run the timer. Log what you notice.
Then look at your own data and decide what stays in your day.
App plus web dashboard

Say it out loud. Then write it down.
You know the list. Name yours.
You want to feel good in your clothes. You want to like the photo. You want steady energy through the afternoon. Good. Put that in the app on day 1. That's where we start.
Three phases. Twelve weeks. Mark every day.
This is the calendar you live in. Each square is a day you logged.

Day 23, exactly as it appears
No mockup copy. This is the real day from phase 2, item by item.
Rate both, 1 to 5. Add sleep hours if you tracked them.
Your length: 15. Out the door, phone in pocket. A voice cue at 7:30 and at the end.
Stand up. Shoulders down. Unclench your jaw.
Breathe in for four. Out for six. Five rounds. I'll count.
Done. Now pick one and tap it.
How did your clothes feel today? Then: at what hour did you feel flattest? Tap the hour.
Your pattern card for days 15 to 21 is waiting in the Sunday tab. Read it with your coffee. — Maren

Lock in your 84 days
One app, every phase, every timer. Tap a length.
Every plan includes the full calendarChange your mind within 60 days of paying and I refund the full amount. Just email me.
Your card is charged once now for the plan you tap: $5.99 for one month, $59.99 for twelve months or $99.99 for twenty-four months. At the end of that period Feel New bills the same amount for the same length again, and keeps doing so until you switch off renewal in your account settings or by contacting us — [email protected]
Three things to settle first
Do I have to weigh myself?
No. The scale entry is off when you install. Log energy, mood and fit notes instead. Switch the number on only if you want it in your chart.
What if I skip a day?
Nothing resets. The square stays blank, the calendar moves on, and your Sunday card shows the gap. Tomorrow, answer the reminder.
Can I read my numbers on a laptop?
Yes. Sign in on the web dashboard with the same account. Every log is there, and you can export it as a file whenever you want.
